2024 IS THE YEAR TO FEEL AND LOOK GREAT!
Every class is a complete body workout executing full-power boxing punches and karate kicks on a heavy bag, while incorporating resistance bands and weights to achieve that sculpted body you’ve always wanted! There are no uniforms or sparring (just wear workout clothes).
Lunch Schedule
Tuesdays: 12:00 – 1:00
Thursdays: 12:00 – 1:00
Sundays: 1:00 – 2:00
