Join us on this rainy Saturday for Family Class – 1:00

Family Class Today (moderate workout – not a repeat of the pre-Thanksgiving sufferfest!) …

Children ages 5 – 12 are invited to bring their parents to train alongside them each Saturday afternoon at 1:00…
Joey Imperatori and Steve Brown lead a “Family Class” each Saturday afternoon at 1:00. All children, ages 5 – 12, may bring a parent (or two) for this 45 minute class. Parents may wear workout clothes (we keep uniforms in stock for parents who would prefer the more traditional look). There will never be a fee for our parents to attend this class – this is my treat in the spirit of enjoying a positive family activity.

Everyone will receive a class credit on their attendance card.

I hope to see you today!

Joey Imperatori
